"Have known this location for years. Coleen is the best manager and she trains her staff well. I wanted my breakfast wrap done a certain way and since there is no way to specify on the app, I asked her personally one time and that's the way I get it every time. Great job."

"I live nearby and I love this Dunkin! It's always quick and the coffee is top notch , Colleen took my order and she was incredible, very polite and had a great demeanor! "This location is great, they even stepped up and went above and beyond for my pregnant girlfriend after another location dropped the ball! Another location (NEVER go to the one on Bell's Ferry) tried to give my pregnant girlfriend a regular caffeine latte, when she had ordered decaf (cause she is pregnant). Tried to argue with her when she said she ordered decaf, then gave her a "new" one that ended up tasting like it had EXTRA espresso in it. My girlfriend then went to this location, here on Canton Road, and they replaced her drink that other, trash location gave her, so she finally got the pregnancy-safe decaf she had ordered in the first place. This location will not only get more of our business, but the business of friends and family as well, as we will be telling everyone we know how good this location is."
